Start with an Assessment
Most owners don't need to be sold a service. They need someone to look at the mess, tell them what's actually wrong and lay out a plan. That's the assessment. It's a great way to start with TCC, especially if you aren't sure what you need or you're dealing with a backlog. It's a focused paid session that turns "I don't even know where to begin" into a clear prioritized action plan. It isn't required: if you already know what you need, you can go straight into any service.
What the assessment is
The Assessment is a two-hour remote working session where we go through your business the way it actually runs: your paperwork, your financial organization, your vendors, your month-end and year-end and the parts that keep falling behind. You talk, I listen, then I walk through what I'm seeing. By the end you know where your bottlenecks are and what to fix first, whether or not you ever hire TCC.

Understanding your business
You tell me what's happening. What's keeping you up at night, what feels overwhelming and what you've been avoiding. This is your time to unload, probably for the first time in months.
Business walk-through
You show me how things run today. Filing, invoices, receipts, accounting software, vendor process, month-end and year-end and how you work with your accountant. I observe and ask questions. Nothing gets fixed yet.
Action plan
I tell you what's working, what's creating bottlenecks, what I'd prioritize first and roughly how long it would take. If TCC is a good fit, I show you the plan. If another professional is better suited, I tell you that too.
What you walk away with
- A current-state summary of how your business runs
- The specific issues and bottlenecks I found
- A prioritized action plan
- A realistic timeline
- A fixed-price quote for the work
- Delivered in writing within 24 to 48 hours

Credited toward any ongoing service
If you move forward with any ongoing TCC service within 30 days, the $250 is credited toward it. You aren't paying twice. The fee simply becomes the first step of the work.

- You receive your written plan, timeline and quote within 24 to 48 hours.
- If you move forward with a package, your $250 is credited toward it. If not, the assessment and your written plan are still yours.
