You should pay for the level of help you need and nothing more. Rather than fixed tiers stuffed with things you'll never use, TCC builds your monthly hours around the work in front of you and adjusts as your business changes.

You can start with any service directly. If you aren't sure where to begin, the optional Assessment is $250 and gives you a written action plan, timeline and fixed-price quote, credited toward any ongoing service if you move forward within 30 days.
Payment terms
Support is billed monthly and paid by e-Transfer or EFT, with details on each invoice. The default is month-to-month, so you're never locked into a long contract. An optional longer commitment may qualify for a discount.

Pricing is agreed up front based on your assessment. If your needs grow or shrink, we adjust the plan together. You always know what you're paying and what it covers.
